Human Resource Development starts right from the development of the village children. We continuously train children and teachers in the village schools by organising training workshops, various competitions, creating information systems in the villages so that the villagers are update with the latest techniques of teaching.

We are also setting up computer centers with Internet access to the villagers and school children and train them in using the information technology for their benefit.

We are planning projects like running training programmes for the villagers to acquire skills like tailoring, weaving, dairy management, poultry management, technical trades and various other courses so that they can start their own small scale business units.

The above programmes will provide trained manpower from the villages to the industry.

We will also help these trained people in starting their own business in the respective field by providing guidance in preparing the project reports, getting bank loans, management of the units and also in Marketing their produce.
